Hi All,

Here I am visiting Arizona.  Thanks to all who gave me info about the food
stores...Trader Joes, Whole Foods, etc.   I was so excited to walk into Whole
Foods and find Kinnikinnick foods!!!  I thought I had died and gone to
heaven.   And thanks to those of you for the restaurant suggestions.  Did
Lone Star Steak house...or was that Texas Steak House.   They were great in
there, and I went twice.

As for traveling on the plane with ear pain and taking antibiotics, things
went well.  I used the ear plugs called Ear Planes and they worked really
well.

Now I will enjoy the rest of my vacation with some ease and return home next
week.   And yep, I did get something one time and had a reaction of severe
pain for a couple of hours.   But there are no choices when it comes to
eating out......I just try to be cautious.
