I have just read that the McIlhenny brand Tabasco sauce is not GF because
it is made from vinegar derived from gluten grains (and I do seem to react
to those vinegars.)  What other brands of hot sauce/pepper sauce would be
like Tabasco and GF?  Mr. Spice makes a Tang-Bang sauce and a Hot Wings
sauce, but both have honey and other things. Tabasco has just vinegar, red
pepper and salt.  I'm looking for a plain HOT pepper sauce like this.
