There is a Celiac-Friendly Restaurant in South Central New Jersey:

                 Far East Taste--Pan Asian Restaurant that caters
Thai,Malaysian, and Chinese Cuisine. Our old friend Richard Wang is the Host
(Ask for him and tell him you require a celiac menu. He even keeps our
gluten-free soy sauce on hand)

Richard is a fisherman, and you will find the fish he catches as part of his
gourmet dishes.

Children love the special balloon creatures that are part of his personal
touch.
