i just wanted to make sure this woman had checked the soy sauce, so i
wrote again and said i was posting the info on the celiac listserv and
wanted to make absolutely certain that the ginger people sauces (which
are fantastic) had gluten-free soy sauce. aisling, ocean city, nj here's
the reply:


I'm really glad you enjoy our products.  I am certain that the soy we
use is gluten free.  Is that the only sauce you have tried?  If you send
me your mailing address, I will be happy to send you a bottle of sauce
that you have not tried.
