On the outside chance that someone has been through this and survived...I'm
looking for input....

My husband and I are in the Coast Guard Auxiliary and are registered for a
course in June...partly on the base and partly on a boat. Course last 4-5
days. I'm still inquiring about whether I must reside and dine on the base,
whether I can bring food, whether or not they'll honor a doctor's note about
celiac and work with me, etc., but since we were just approved for the
course, and haven't been in the auxiliary long, I still don't have answers.
(Heck, I'm still trying to find out who to ask!)

Anyone out there have any experience with the military and celiac?
Thanks. Lin
