Matzah or matzoh or matza meal is ground up matzah.

Matzah is made from wheat.

Do not eat matzah, matzah meal, cake meal or farfel. All of which are wheat.

With one exception...At Passover time, the celiac list talks about a source
of oat matzah, but that has to be special ordered and is not available in
stores. I never heard of it before reading about it on the celiac list....and
I'm Jewish, grew up in Brooklyn...very Jewish.
