Thanks for the supportive responses. First of all, I started an
Intensive Outpatient Program for my eating disorder on Friday. It meets
half days during the week. I am already much more in control of my
eating. Deprevation definitely leads to binging. I spent a lot of
money & time on gluten free food substitues to take care of my cravings.
The hardest thing is feeling so full now. Several members suggested
eating fresh, pure foods. Several suggested getting help through
therapy. There's also support on the internet for those struggling with
eating disorders. If anyone ever needs support, feel free to Email me.
I'm also not weighing myself--a trigger for some people.
