You should probably have a boot disk with himem.sys on it or if you don't,
get a blank floppy from a friend, copy himem to the floppy, attempt to start
as normal, when you can't go any farthur, place the floppy into the a drive,
and type out
COPY A:\HIMEM.SYS C:\WINDOWS       (THEN REBOOT.) If your only problem is a
missing file, this will fix it
