Hi Joe,
I put my Linux disk in my PC and booted up with GDISK and did the same, i.e. I typed GDISK /Status. GDISK reported 6 partitions. So I think if it only finds one on your system then you can be fairly sure that you only have the one. When you're in Windows have you gone into My Computer, right clicked C:\ and had a look at how big it reports the drive as being. If it shows it as full size then you have only one partition.
You can safely boot into GDISK and type GDISK 1 /MBR to reinitialise your master boot record. This will not affect your current installation and I could be wrong, but PC Doctor may be picking up on some information in the MBR left over from the Linux install.
Regards Roger.
