I've tried to figure that out too - after working on my computer for the
entire day without moving much or talking to hardly anyone in person, why am
I so tired when I get home? You would think I'd be full of restless physical
energy, but it's not the case, because my brain is so tired. The only thing
I can think of is to try to walk around and talk to some people and maybe
even go out in the sun a few times each day, but it's really hard to
remember when you're concentrating so hard. A couple of hours go by and you
don't even realize it. One thing that helps - if you drink a lot of water,
you HAVE to get up pretty frequently . . .
