My main concern with doing aerobic activity is that it is very easy to hurt
oneself after doing HIT-style training.
It may be ok do do aerobics before a HIT workout, after muscles have
completely recovered from the last workout. Raquetball or handball would
easily be enough to strain those weakened muscles after a workout, and cause
an injury, I really believe. Even taking out the garbage can do it for me
when I am in a weakened state.
