Congrats, Stacie, on your well-being. If you haven't checked it out
yet, you might want to have a peek at ashtanga yoga which can be far
more vigorous than schools based on static asanas.

I started the practice about the same time I re-instituted animal
products to my daily meals. I don't think it was a coincidence that
the timing of my dietary change corresponded to the shift to a more
demanding style of yoga (though focused breathing is primary).
