Here's an example day's schedule and diet:
- Wake up: drink some green tea.
- Workout: heavy weights -- selected body parts.
- First meal *right* after workout:
3/4 to 1 lb chicken breast + 1 bananna
- Mid morning meal: 3/4 lb steak + 1 cup spinach.
- Lunch: 1 lb pork loin + 1 cup chopped onions and carrots.
- Dinner: 1 to 1 1/4 lb mix of chicken, steak + 1/2 cup fruit.
This includes at least 4 liters of spring water and an omega-3

more meat or vary the amounts of fruits or veggies depending

The amounts of calcium and omega-3 fats (ALA, EPA, DHA) in the
food are very low. Also, copper and manganese are below RDI. I
notice that you take take omega-3 supplements, Philip.
