Makes perfect sense - the body "adapts" to the bad
food and it doesn't seem to bother you "as much". >>
It's not actually that the body adepts, but rather Maladapted, and reactions
go to a deeper symptom level. For example if you have a reaction such as
intestinal pain or fatigue after eating an allergic food, and you keep eating
it then you may not experience those Level 1 reactions anymore, but you may
show up a Level 2 reaction such as mood problems or joint pain. Dr.Theron
Randolph is the main guy on food allergies-read anything by him for some
fascinating information. Dr. Mansfield is also a good read-and he applies
Randolph's work specifically to arthritis.
