I am glad that we are starting this from a more substantiated perspective.   Kebba Dampha resorted to playing silly word tricks then massively contradicting himself when it counted most. I would rather continue this line of conversation with you since he has gone underground and apparently refused to admit to his own horribly embarassing snafu.  To those 'like thinkers' who claimed they had never him contradict himself, I say the proof is in the pudding.

The information you have provided regarding the IEC rules and regulations is a bit sparse though.  It would help if  Part I through Part X is a bit more detailed.
