I got out of jury duty many years ago because I don't drive, nearest bus
stop is half a mile away from the courthouse and local (suburban NJ) taxi
co. estimated daily fares (round trip) at over $30. The courthouse is only
about 15 minutes away by car. I have yet to be asked to serve again.
