Notice the advantages of the visual over the verbal.  One picture vs
thousands of words, etc.

Given the anomalies of the human condition hands on experimentations
with patient trial and error seems the preferred methodology.  Graphics
leave much to be desired.

Power point presentations not only depend upon the arts and gifts of the
presenter but must ever find favor from the aye of the beholder.

Slides, charts, and overheads...works every time.  Likewise, I cannot
overstate the value of a well designed power point presentation.
