A good place to look for the correct dll versions is:

http://support.microsoft.com/servicedesks/fileversion/dllinfo.asp

There you can see the latest versions and with which products the dll was
shipped.

BTW, this shared dll has been bad about having newer versions overwritten
by older when installing software.
