It looks like this unit comes stock with a 25Mhz 486SX CPU. Given this, and
the assumption that it has at least 8MB of RAM (16MB or 32MB would be even
better), you should be able to put Windows 95 on it. It won't exactly be a
racehorse, but it should be sufficient for your needs. If you can add RAM,
it will significantly increase the speed. Also, according to Toshiba's web
site, you can upgrade this CPU to a DX, which has the math co-proccessor.
This would increase the speed as well, but you may have a tough time finding
one. Hope this helps.
