Bill,
If the switch on the CPU was off, how can You
have a power supply problem?..If you mean the UPS
power supply, which is seperate from the on-board CPU
power supply, it can be checked at the plug. Set
multimeter to Ohms, measure across the polarized
spades. There should be a reading on the scale.
Hope I didn't mis-understand your problem.
