Win98 doesn't have problem to handle more RAMs, I built some machines with 256M
or more RAM installed without any problem, as long as the mobo can handle it.
so did you install 128M RAM after upgrading or before? is the 128M 64x2 or
128x1? old mobo may not support single chip larger than 64M (some have
limitation on 32M).
Please give more details, so people here can understand the problem better.
