Minor rant... you just reminded me of something. I recall when my sister
was pregnant with her first child... she's a paralegal and worked for a
firm in D.C. that *required* a certain heel height on all the women--it was
at least an inch, but I don't remember the exact amount... anyway, there's
my sister, 8 months plus pregnant, and *required* to wear heels.
I wouldn't last a day in such an office :)
Yet another example of how far removed we've become from our past!

I work in "high tech" where the priorities are generally different...
