I've been using recipe program which allows me to track my diet and
calculate the foods counts using the USDA database. I thought others might
be interested in the various counts for a fairly typical paleo diet day.

Except calcium the rda is pretty well covered here. Amadeus seems to feel a
diet high in meat will be lacking pufa's. Since a diet high in pufa's seem
to correlate with increased cancer risk I prefer to keep mine on the low
side and the above seems to indicate it is right where I want it to be.
