This is probably a stupid question, but could dehydration be a factor? I
know I get dehydrated *very* quickly and those are the symptoms... I just
keep drinking lots and lots of water--slowly and constantly...
And by those symptoms I mean I feel weak, tired, headachy, hot,
sun-sensitive, almost faint/dizzy. If my lips get dry--I'm already badly
dehydrated at that point, I've found. I live in CO Springs where it's
semi-arid, 6200 altitude (strong sun), and breezy (little to no air
polution or clouds to block those rays) and I go through at least a quart
of water an hour on sunny days (even in the winter!).
Just a thought...
