Thanks Dori! And a little tidbit from a fellow coworker;
she has a lettuce container made by tupperware that she
swears allows her to keep lettuce 3x longer without getting
mushy than a usual container. (I'm not affiliated with
tupperware, or anything, just thought i'd pass along
this info).
