Hi Mary,

>Thank you for the suggestion, Todd. However, what are the side effects,

Before you feed it to your children, you should eat it yourself. We try
food before we serve it to our kids. In my more adventurous days, I tried
it. It is called Ritalina in Spanish It is the worst stuff I ever
experimented with. It felt like I put my finger in a socket. It was like
extremely bad speed. I had to tranquilize myself immediately with a big fat
Mogodon.

Definitely not paleo! Practically the whole world is medicated or drunk. Sheep!

Paleobest,
Susan
