What really bugs me about Dr Ornish is the deliberate misrepresentation of
Low carb lifestyles. All he ever says in interviews is "pork rinds and
sausage will kill you".
He has true believer syndrome. Low fat is good because I believe it. (BTW
if you read his studies that he has used to support his diet they are
actually based on a relatively small sample size.)
