How much time?
This is my first post, so I guess I should introduce myself.
I'm here because I'm thinking that my atopic dermatitis and allergies may
be diet related.
Allergies are a medical way of saying that my environment isn't healthy
for me.
After so many generations of adapting, I can't believe that any of us
should be make unhealthy by our natural environment.
The environment that affects us greatest is the contact we have with our
food, so I'm hoping this more natural diet will help.
Has anyone experienced lessening of allergic symptoms from this diet?
Were you able to determine anything that was especially beneficial?
Thanks,
Rick
