I am new to the list. I have a 15 year old son with spastic diplegia. He is
bright, caring, sensitive, a wonderful incredible person. Two weeks ago he
woke up terrified and delusional, it was almost like he went to sleep one
person and woke up another.

We have had him to two hospitals already, and are almost ready to take him
to Mayo Clinic. He has been diagnosed with severe clinical depression, and
schizoid affective disorder. This seemed to me to come "out of the blue". He
had some stress starting high school, but nothing that could explain this.

His blood pressure has been abnormally high, and his face gets flushed and
hot at times.

Can anyone relate to this at all???

A desperate Mom,
Robin Frisch
