Can someone explain if there is a difference in "cows milk protein
intolerance" and "lactose intolerance"?

Because my stool test shows "cows milk protein intolerance" I will be
avoiding milk products. But, I'm wondering if after a year or so I can
add it back?? I know with lactose intolerance the problems are
sometimes corrected after you have been GF for a while. Is this just a
different name for the same problem?

Thanks,
Jill in TX
(newly diagnosed gluten intolerance)
