hi, Next year I will hopefully be working in Japan for the Japanese
government.  I would like to hear from anyone who has experience of
living and eating in Japan and what they would recommend.  I know for
the most part there won't be any problems (rice,fish,rice and yet more
fish) but I would really like to be able to vary my diet as much as possible.
