Hi listmates. Thanks for all the feedback. This is what I learned.

There are several good recipes in Bette Hagman's books The Gluten-free
Gourmet and More From The Gluten-free Gourmet or from Going Against the
Grain by Phyllis Potts.

You can by them from Kinnikinnick.com or from Gluten-Free Delights, Inc. at
www. glutenfreedelights.com. (I looked them up and they look delicious, but
the shipping is expensive. One person did say she had trouble with the
shipping from gfdelights--there was no ice in the shipment so everything had
defrosted and the boxes were crushed. Hopefully they have changed their
shipping ways because she said their donuts were delicious!)

Several people told me you can buy a donut maker from
www.salton-maxim.com/salton/
You can also buy a doughnut pan (standard size) from www.kingarthurflour.com.

I will post the recipes in another summary. Good luck!
