I'm 31 and was diagnosed at the age of 30 so let me share how I've
survived the past year.

Breakfast: frozen store bought GF bread - Food for Life Rice Almond is
the best I've found. Toast it or make it into french toast to travel
better.
Kellogs Corn Pops are GF - not much nutrition but if you are
hungry and desperate they'll work.
Great Starts egg, sausage, and hash brown frozen breakfast is
gluten free as of two months ago.

Lunch: rice and the Kraft Mac. & Cheese seasoning packet with tuna
(obviously the noodles have gluten)
Corn tortillas fried in a little butter I make a sandwhich out
of these using chedder cheese and ham. (I use Mission Tortillas in
San Diego - they are made in separate manufacturing areas from the
flour ones. I use Plumrose ham - cured with no modified food starch
and no flavorings.)
Campbell's Chicken with Rice Soup - red and white label - is GF
I add more rice and tuna to make more of a meal.

call the 1 - 800 - 555-1212 information line for the 1-800 number of the
manufacturer if it is not listed on the package. This could get your
product question answered immediately.

Good Luck,
Judee De Jaco
