Hello List!

I will be having surgery on my arm for tennis elbow and carpel tunnel.  I
know I will have a lot of pain for a few days after but do not know what
meds I should ask for.

Does anyone know what med's are good for this type of pain following surgery
that are both GF and dairy free?
