Members of our Triad Celiac Support Group visited corporate headquarters
in Winston-Salem. We carried CSA diner's card, information presented by
a group at the International Symposium concerning restaurant or culinary
guidelines.

The dietitian had completed a gluten project while in college, testing a
number of gluten free recipes for chocolate chip cookies. Today we
received a complete list of the entrees that are gluten free.
North Carolina has 21 stores; South Carolina has 6; Virginia has 5; and
West Virginia has 2.
