I have a question and would love input.

I have recently developed some pretty bad yeast infections (systemic as
well as in the "normal" places).

I am wondering if anyone has any tips in dealing with these.
I know that our diets can contain a lot of carbohydrates (rice) which
feeds yeast..but I'm not sure how to get away from that. I am also dairy
allergic so I can't use acidophilus (which has been recommended).
I know I have been doing a lot of baking (trying to prepare for my
almost 1 year old's birthday cake) and that probably isn't doing wonders
(have to sample everything you know)...but there's got to be a better
way...

Any suggestions would be HUGELY appreciated.

Thanks!

Andrea
