Hi again.

With all the posts having to do with McDonalds products, has anyone
gone to their web site? They have a page that lists their products by
category of allergy. Gluten, of course, is one of the categories -
they have a list of GF items and items that specifically contain
gluten.

I think that if you find that any of their restaurants do not adhere
to the official list, you could legally make a lot of trouble for
them. I have found that companies, especially US food producers
(except for Kraft, it seems), are very PR-minded and do not want a
bad name or to disappoint their clientele. Yes, it is worth being
cautious anyway, but at least their may be effective recourse to
non-adherence.

If anyone would like a copy of the list (without surfing all over
their pages), I can send it as a pdf file in Acrobat.

Have a nice weekend,
Sharon Marcus
