i have to wonder about this....people that work at a desk or sit
pretty much
all day....is 3 to 4 times a wk exercise enough...and 30 mins ...is

enough?
doesn't it depend on the intensity of those 30 minutes?

many people just are not very active in their daily lives.....if we
still had
to do more things for ourselves...like walk to work, chop wood, carry
water,
hunt down our food(just being general here) we would not have to
exercise at
all...we'd be doing it all day. and yes, i know there are people out
there
that still do these things.

not trying to start an argument...just thinking about this.
