Anee, are you on SSI? If so, you might qualify for in home care from your
local county.

Anee, no means no. Telling somebody no, and then going ahead and doing what
they want you to do, is showing them you don't mean no. you must learn to say
no, politely, but firmly, and tell them you will not be showing up for
whatever it is.  Your health is more important than a ski swap.
