If the DR. writes it "Branded only" then it must be filled that
way..sometimes at a different co-pay...on our plan if you get generic..10.00
for a 30day supply. If you select branded you pay 10.00+ difference in
price.  BUT if Dr. writes "Branded only" then it is 15.00.   Many drugs
there is a big difference..many hormones, Ritalin etc.       Joy
