    That was a beautiful letter and made a lot of us think. Cases like this are
very difficult.
I don't know if you get PBS in Ottawa, but the Moyers series on death and dying
is excelllent, although all those cases involve adultts. I found it interesting
that 2 of the
individuals in the series were a  veternarian and a physician specilizing in
cancer who opted  not to take chemo. The series makes you think like your post
to the list.
