Unfortunately modern power supplies require a load to run properly, so
you can't just plug it in a measure the voltages. If you have an old throw
away hard drive that will provide a good load to test the +5V and +12V
supplies, however you will need a throwaway motherboard to reliably test the
other supply lines. If you are into electronics you can use a few power
resistors to provide the necessary load. TTYL
