Diana,
What version of Windows are you using?
When you press CTRL+ALT+DEL, what programs are listed
in the task manager?
Is there a screen saver in use? Which one?
When you check the hardware/driver list in the DEVICE MANAGER,
are there any yellow triangles?
Reply to the list please.
