But doesn't olive oil have a very high w6/w3 ratio?
The only sardines I can get that are in a specified oil are in olive oil,
so the result is still an unfavorable w6/w3 ratio, although I eat as
little as possible of the oil.
I can get unprocessed virgin canola oil made from organic rape seed,
but it tastes awful. I can take a spoon of it, it is ok that way, but
will spoil any dish I put it in :-(
So virgin olive oil is the oil I use most, still.
