I take 5 grams a day in general, occasionally more. I like to keep omega-6
to omega-3 ratios for myself at 2:1 to 1:1. How much one should take
depends on the food they eat.
For people with long-standing DHA deficits, I recommend 10-15 grams a day
(you can tell by symptoms exhibited).
