Don, how much did your order cost??? And how much was the suet? What cuts
did you order to make your pemmican, could you give us more details? Does
it taste good? Does the buffalo fat  taste "chalky"?? I had some grain  fed
buffalo suet and it was not as nice as beef suet, but maybe the grass fed
buffalo suet is better??
