No, this does not explain why one feels fatigued after a heavy meal. It
takes 2 to 4 hours for blood sugar to drop back down to pre-meal levels.
The feeling of fatigue after eating is associated with one or more of:
* food allergies/sensitivities
* hyperinsulinemia (in itself; not causing low blood sugar yet)
* demands of digestion (blood flow to digestive tract)
