It gets better when you look at the USDA food pyramid (or should we say
pyramid scheme?).  They recommend a whopping 12% of your calories come from
meat.  Although they put cheese, eggs, dry beans and other foods in that
category.  If you stuck with meat, they'd tell you to stop at 6 oz for the
day.  Six ounces for the whole %&$# day!
