May I suggest that if you get a complete explanation it will
be in an arcane language that you may have a problem to
understand.

Now for some empirical evidence.   Baseball pitchers and
carpenters have significantly heavier bones in the throwing,
hammering arm.

If that is not enough then Google is a great search engine.
