Hi Ginny
From high school, water is universal solvent, also have read that traces
of inorganic nickel have been found in the bodies of those who used
stainless steel. I haven't yet heard any chicken little stories about
cast iron.
All inorganic minerals are supposed to be bad for us.
Maybe paleo people had good reason to cook in skins.
